A huge field blend from a single plot of old vines planted all the way back in 1912. Filled with fresh raspberry fruit intwined with a deep minerality and gentle spritz upon opening, giving the wine an irresistible thirst-quenching quality. Made with a blend of many native grape varieties including Carignan, Aramon, Terret, Cinsault, Grenache, Alicante Bouschet, Morastel, Noir de la Calmette (and more!), this is the ultimate snapshot of the region.
The grapes are hand harvested and slowly directly pressed. A shining example of a soft, fluid wine that goes against the big, broad-shouldered-wine expectations that people associate with the region.
