The latest from Vinyes Singulars

Incredibly, Ignasi is the 22nd generation to farm the family estate, founded as far back as the 1400s. Combining traditions of the region with a tireless, experimental energy, Ignasi established Vinyes Singulars in 2009 as a new way of expressing the 20 hectares of vines that sit amongst a wider expanse of cereal crops, olive trees, vegetable gardens and forest. The land has been certified organic since 2010 and it is common for him to produce 30+ different cuvées from this surface in a typical year.

The resulting wines are sunkissed and vital, full of fresh citrus, oceanic salts and minerals. Extending on the organic work in the vines, they all ferment with native yeasts, are unfiltered and have no additions of any kind.

Ignasi does ancestral method fizz incredibly well and the new wines on this shipment are the latest 2022 vintage of his fabulous, golden pet-nat Elemental and a new selection, the lively Minipuça 2023. Tasting better and better as time goes on we have replenished stocks of two superb examples from 2022 - Xarel-lo Inox and L'Autocaravana.
