The benefit of working with two different growers both hailing from the creative hotbed that is the small southern Ardèche village of Valvignères is that it makes doubling up on a shipment incredibly easy.

So today we're happy to write that we have landed top-ups and new vintages from both Le Mazel and La Vrille et le Papillon - two domaines both situated over the same limestone and clay terroir in the mistral-swept Vallis Vinaria, to differing effect.

What they do share is the paysan spirit that this area embodies - pure, grounded and nourishing wines for daily tables that crackle with energy and carry a distinct herbal imprint.
