Grape – Sylvaner

**10% DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY AT CHECKOUT TO THE DISPLAYED LIST PRICES FOR ALL WINES IN THIS BIN END SELECTION**

We like to keep our selection fresh here at Wayward, and that means we occasionally have a bit of a clear out of the cellar. With new vintages arriving imminently, the bin end section gives us the chance to discount the last few bottles of the old to make way for the new, saving you 10% on the retail price in the process.
Quantities of each wine are limited, and they may not hang around for long, so swoop while you have the chance. You may also spot one or two surprises in there you might not have expected…

Domaine Rietsch
Vielle Vigne Sylvaner 2019

It's pleasing to see the often overlooked or blended Alsatian varietal Sylvaner here taking centre stage and showing what it can be capable of when harvested from older vines. There is a soaring acidity and a cut glass quality, impeccably crystalline fruits and a tension that binds it all together. Find out more.

Domaine Bohn
L'Indigène 2021

L'Indigène is one of Bohn's more experimental cuvées and uses what is often perceived as a lesser grape of the region, Sylvaner, to great effect. Reminiscent of some the macerations with Pinot Gris from the Alsace, it has a similar peachy tint to it, as well as a tea-like quality. Find out more.
