VAL DE COMBRÈS ‘148 BPM’ 2024 | Luberon, Southern Rhône, France. Pét-nat of Gros Vert & Grenache. Peachy stone fruit and green strawberries lead into a herby, amaro finish. A perfect party wine, playing at 148 bubbles-per-minute.
MIKAËL BOUGES ‘LA BULLE’ 2023 | Touraine, Loire, France. Mikael's much-loved pétillant of Côt (Malbec) & Gamay. Notable for its bone-dry character this year which, for us, has the wine showing at its best. A bit like biting into a crunchy red apple right out of the fridge, lean, zippy and oh-so fresh.
PATRICIA & RÉMI BONNETON L'ALEZAN 'MERCI' 2023 | Étables, Ardèche, France. Textural, amber-blush Pét-nat of Syrah & Marsanne which has undergone a long lees ageing, resulting in a wonderful savoury complexity. A wine that shows the more refined side of pét-nat.
LE BATOSSAY ‘PUPPET NAT’ 2023 | Anjou, Loire, France. This vibrant pétillant rosé of Grolleau Gris and Cabernet Franc. Pale, dry and delicate with red berries and citrus aplenty. Clocking in at an inviting 9.5%, we can’t think of a better way to start the day.
FABIO FERRACANE ‘FODDREÉ’ 2023 | Marsala, Sicily, Italy. Glowing, hazy col fondo Catarratto. Giving generous aromas of tinned peaches, salty white grapefruit and Mediterranean herbs. The perfect aperitivo wine, particularly for those who embrace the rugged Italian haze.
ANTONIO GISMONDI ‘È FESTA’ 2022 | Cerreto Sannita, Campania, Italy. A fine-beaded frizzante of Falanghina that pours a hazy gold in the glass. Mousse-y and soft, with orchard fruits, citrus blossom, lees-y spice with a flash of sweet almond in the finish. È Festa indeed!
LAHERTE FRÈRES’ ‘BLANC DE BLANCS’ CHAMPAGNE BRUT NATURE NV | Marne, Champagne, France. Glorious grower Champagne. A blanc de blancs from mid-slope vineyards in Chavot and Epernay. Showing a beautiful balance of fruit alongside a fresh minerality and a brisk, savoury depth.
VOUETTE ET SORBÉE 'FIDÈLE' CHAMPAGNE BRUT NATURE NV | Aube, Champagne, France. The wine that single-handedly changed our perception of Champagne. A blanc de noir of Pinot Noir giving red cherry and strawberry fruit as well as a zesty, mineral vitality. A bottle for those truly special occasions.
BENOÎT LAHAYE ‘BRUT NATURE’ NV | Bouzy, Champagne, France. Exceptional biodynamic Champagne from Grand Cru rated vines planted on brown clayey soils in Bouzy and Ambonnay. Made with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, expressive on the nose with soft spices, stone fruits and citrus peel and almonds. A stunner.
