Beujolais Nouveau 2024
Pre-Order your Beaujolais Nouveau 2024…
Nouveau 2024 has arrived in our warehouse and is now ready for you to pre-order in both magnum and bottle format. As is tradition, all orders will be shipped to arrive with you on the third Thursday in November; this year being Thursday 21st.
The first bottles of the September harvest - this is the brightest, freshest, juice you can get your hands on, the grapes still on the vines only a few weeks ago. A reason to celebrate, right?!
This year we are pleased to offer three different cuvées:
Séléné ‘'Primeur Domaine' 2024 - made using Mathilde & Sylvère own domaine fruit in Blacé. The duo has made just the one cuvée this year.
Jean-Claude Lapalu ‘Beaujolais Nouveau’ 2024 – made using old vine Gamay from vines in Saint-Etienne-la-Varenne, near the cru of Brouilly
Château Cambon ‘Beaujolais Nouveau’ 2024 – made old vine Gamay from vines in St Jean d’Ardieres. An estate part-owned by the Lapierre family.
Limited quantities available. Place your order online now and the wine will be shipped to arrive on your doorstep on Thursday 21st. Head to our website to read more and place your order.
Don’t forget, we’ll be pouring all three of these by the glass at our shop in Chapel Allerton for our annual Nouveau party on the 21st, alongside some other Nouveau surprises (Muscadet Nouveau anyone?). And of course, we have held back some bottles for you to buy at the shop to take home with you for your very own nouveau party – while stocks last! We’ll also digging into our cellar for some of those special non-nouveau Beaujolais bottles just for the occasion.
