April Warehouse Session
Saturday 25th April, 1-9pm.
We’re just over two weeks away from the first of four parties down at our Brussels Street railway arch. If you’ve joined us before you’ll know what to expect, if not… think of all the fun you could have in a space that is stacked to the rafters with wine, has a soundsystem wheeled in for the day, lots of delicious food on hand and some springtime sunshine beaming down on it all?
The wine list will be on a Catalan theme - we’re so happy to announce our guest for the day will be Ignasi Segui of Vinyes Singulars who is returning to Leeds to pour a kaleidoscope of his sunkissed Penedès wines from late afternoon into the evening. As usual there will be the deep cellar blackboard alongside the by-the-glass for the heads to investigate.
Food comes courtesy of our lovely @thecheesylivingco neighbours fresh from their @foldfocacceria that sits conveniently in the neighbouring archway. Expect the BBQ to be fired up and a selection of sweet and savoury baked goods from the oven to keep you nourished and sustained.
Music comes from the esteemed @edv3ctor who will be picking out records to soundtrack the bacchanalia (check out his current residency on @nts_radio) as well as the return of our house band, Sharkey Groop, which features a rotating personnel of young jazz musicians, led by our good friend @chris_sharkey_music - they’ll be playing two sets at 4 and 5.30pm.
From 1-9pm at 61 & 62 Brussels Street, Leeds, LS9 8AB. Ignasi will be joining us fresh off the plane from around 4pm.
Free entry, no reservations! All welcome X
