Petite Nature
Danser Sous La Pluie 2022

Given a little time to breathe on opening, this is a complex, idiosyncratic wine with lots to explore. The mouthwatering acid cuts the palate keenly, with cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry liquorice in its wake. A delicate maceration process lends the wine a golden amber hue, leaving tannins that are chalky, dialled-back, yet deeply integrated. Citrus oils, salty apricot and sweet almond melds harmoniously with herbal aromatics and a distinctive resinous quality. A captivating wine with layers of complexity and detail. Find out more.

Petite Nature
Sorcières 2022

This is resolutely a red wine, despite 50% of the grapes being white, such is the influence of the Syrah. The Chardonnay and Viognier keep things delightfully silky and fluid, but the red grape provides a huge aromatic lift, that somehow seems to carry itself through into the palate, which is dense with dark blackcurrant fruits and juicy, saline black olive. Petite Nature
Tombée du Ciel 2022

Paulette’s debut cuvée from her own small parcel of 50 year-old Gamay vines, planted over sandy decomposed granite and quartz at around 500 meters in the hills outside Annonay. This is in many ways her signature wine, and offers a beautiful expression of the extreme north of the Ardèche. Find out more.
