About the Wine

The Pecis cuvée in the shortest supply, we got just a few bottles. This absolute stunner is a maceration of Listan Blanco, grown at a dizzying 1200m altitude in a heavenly vineyard that mostly sits above the clouds. Aside from the elevation, the soil type differs here to the likes of Las Migas, and is more heavy with clay, creating a rounder, denser wine - coupled with the skin contact and year in the barrel, this is the more robust of Victoria's wines, from a truly unique location.

Victoria Torres Pecis
Negramoll 2020

The volcanic soils here impart an unmistakable smokiness and granular feel to the black berry fruits, giving the impression that the whole thing has been filtered through rock. A singular wine of real tension and verve, which could be of interest to fans of the Auvergne style of Gamay & Pinot. Find out more.
