A wine that never fails to impress with its elevated, rose garden aromas. To balance, there are dark, liquorice bitters underpinning the bright raspberry and red cherry fruit. As the name suggests, this is a vivid, spring-bottled wine that is really flaunting it. Many associate this grape with sweet wines, but here you can appreciate how magical it can be when fermented dry.
It is 100% Aleatico from their “Le Spiaggette” vineyard that underwent carbonic maceration for ten days, before being pressed off to vat to finish fermentation and rest until the following spring.
From a cooler year, this is incredibly lifted and perfumed, with soaring notes of red berries, rose and spice. Almost impossibly light on its feet, this iconic wine remains one of the best in its category, delivering plenty of energy and charm.
