Frederic Cossard’s ‘Bigotes’ 2021 is everything we love about Burgundian Chardonnay, possessing great balance, chalky minerals, gorgeous stone fruits and a clean, salty finish.
Not to be outdone, Fabio Ferracane’s ‘Aggiara’ 2021 is an amphora aged Catarratto giving beautifully fine-grained tannins as well as eucalyptus and salt-tinged apricot stone fruit in this wonderful orange wine.
