Belying the youth of the vineyard, here we see some impressive concentration and some lovely light-footed citrus peel zip. Reminiscent of camomile flowers and bay on the nose, this golden wine has a lovely, full mouthfeel, long, limestone-esque acids and a pleasant harmony of ripe yellow citrus, stone fruits and savoury herbs. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGrapes were directly-pressed and aged on the fine lees for six months in steel tank before bottling with no additions in early 2026.
