About the Cider

A new blend for the brothers, this is technically 2/3 Frederick apples, with 1/3 blend of Perry pears from the Court of Noke home orchard. Though it contains more apples than pears, it retains the character of the pear more, with w lovely light sparkling, white berry fruit and a lovely herbal quality, like peppery young nettles.
