Local Leeds Delivery
- Delivery to all LS2 to LS8 postcodes, as well as all LS16 and LS17 postcodes within the ring road, is FREE if you spend £30 or more.
- Order before 2pm for same-day delivery every Monday, Wednesday & Friday, or the next available delivery day if ordering on a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday.
- Next day delivery (excluding weekends) to all other Leeds postcodes is FREE for all orders above £95.
- Below £95 delivery is £9.95.
Contactless Collection from our Leeds warehouse
- You can opt to collect your order from our warehouse on Meanwood Road near Sheepscar.
- There is no minimum spend restrictions & collection is available Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm.
- Simply select the 'Collect From Our Warehouse'' option at checkout and enter the day and time you'd like to collect in the Order Comments box.

- Nationwide delivery* is FREE when you spend £95 or more
- Delivery for orders below £95 will cost £9.95*
- Orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day and should arrive between 1 & 3 working days.
- Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Saturday deliveries are available by arrangement and at additional cost.
- Please include any delivery instructions, such as a safe place to leave your parcel if you are not home, in the order comments box

- Our site is set up to accept orders from most destinations within the EU, now with new and improved shipping rates. If your location is not recognised when you place your order please contact us and we'll see what we can do. If you're further afield we'll do our best, but please not due to customs and duty law we cannot ship to all worldwide destinations.

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including return postage, if you have received the wrong item.
For damaged items, please check your delivery before signing for it. If anything is damaged please ask the driver to note damages on their sheet AND your delivery note and sign both themselves before you sign for the delivery. We will replace or refund any breakages acknowledged this way by the driver on delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for and breakages that have been signed for as complete.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please ensure you have included instructions for the delivery driver in the event you won't be around to receive delivery. we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods that you have left instructions for to be left outside.
Please check for any breakages before signing for your delivery. we cannot be held responsible for any breakages if you have signed for the delivery as complete.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day, provided it is received before midday, for delivery by 4pm the following day, Monday to Thursday. (For Scottish Highlands and offshore, delivery will be 48hrs from dispatch).
Orders received on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, delivered Tuesday
