Our Next Wayward Tasting Event March 13th

We’re pleased to welcome another one of the wonderful importers we work with to the shop on Friday 13th March - this time it’ll be the debut of Ancestrel, whose wines from the likes of Il Farneto in Emilia-Romagna and Domaine Vinci in the Roussillon have become firm favourites since their arrival last year

We’ll be opening a selection of wine from their varied portfolio that stretches all the way from France, Italy and Spain to the west coast of the USA, for you to taste on the night. All the growers they are working with are using organic and/or biodynamic farming in the vineyard and working with little or no additions once these grapes arrive in the cellar

The format is the same as ever; drop in any time from 6pm, grab a glass and taste your way through the wines with Rory from Ancestrel on hand to tell you more about the producers, the places and how the wines are made. Once you’ve tried everything you are more than welcome to stick around for a few glasses, or to take a bottle or two home. The tasting is complimentary and everyone is welcome
