Some great new, easy-going Riesling from a part of the Alsace we're particularly fond of - Dambach-la-Ville. Léo is a young producer who has slowly been taking the reins at the family domaine and since 2017 has converted to use biodynamics. This is a great example with plenty of fleshy, lime aromatics and that distant lilt of kerosine in the background. The wine is nicely rounded off from 2 years in old wooden foudre, left in contact with the lees the whole time. As the name suggests, this one drinks very well.
