Easy-going Aussie Shiraz from a project headed up by madcap Patrick Sullivan. The fruit is picked nice and early to keep it fresh and prevent those OTT baked flavours you might associate with this style. Intense, scorched fruit and just a hint of vanilla from judicious use of oak. Affordable New World pleasures.
