Arbois Pinot Noir! Great line of acidity to this one, as well as all the delicious dark forest fruits you'd expect from, say, a Côte de Nuits Burgundy. Like all great Jura reds there is a real stony inflection coming through from the white marl and chalk soils. The wine sees 8 months in old oak before bottling, which broadens things out somewhat. Really fantastic stuff.
