This one hits immediately jumping from the glass with all things citrus, peaches and cream. On the palate the wine is first all textured and mouth-coating before a welcome lick of acidity zips into the finish. Hazy, textured and just a little bit wild. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"\u003eMade with grapes from many different micro-parcels planted over 5 hectares. Each parcel with it's own soil type and exposure gives a real snapshot of the growing region – a Patchwork cuvée! \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"\u003eAfter hand-harvesting, the grapes are brought to the cellar for direct-pressing. Fermentation takes place initially in stainless steel vats before half of the juice is separated and aged in old oak barrels (the other half remains in stainless steel vat). \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"\u003eThe wood lends body and a soft, creamy texture to the finished wine, whilst the stainless-steel preserves that fresh, bright citrus fruit profile. The resulting wine is a thirst-quenching, fresh, pop-like sparkler that is waiting to be put in the ice bucket and drunk with abandon.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"\u003eThis bottle also makes a very fine companion to the spicy, aromatic heat of Thai or Vietnamese food, and clocking in at just 9%, we can’t imagine a bottle will last long.\u003cspan style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\"\u003e   \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"\u003eMade with 80% Gamay and 20% Poulsard, the grapes are hand-harvested then pressed directly. The juice undergoes a long 2-month fermentation in stainless steel, bringing out maximum fruit.
