Easily our most popular sparkling wine. This is unofficial Prosecco (wine from the region but classified as ‘glera frizzante’ instead) made col fondo-style - meaning the lees from the second fermentation are left in the bottle, giving a the wine a naturally cloudy appearance, texture and a hit of freshly baked bread crust coming through in the aromas. There's also loads of crunchy green apple, lemon citrus and floral notes. It's so thirst-quenching, easy to drink and full of rustic charm.

Bubbly and enjoyable
The bubbles in this wine are subtle and melt away making the drinking experience enjoyable without the gassy feeling you get with most sparkling wines. There could be more to it however as the flavours do disappear quite quickly. I would still recommend to anyone as it's an accessible sparkling wine for anyone wanting to try this style.

The Best Fizz Ever
Amazingly good value for how brilliant it is. Since first trying, I have become a full time Lemoss advocate.
