Marmalade-y, rose blossom on the nose but underpinned with a contrasting smoky minerality. The outsized litre-bottle here going some way to describe the wine's drinkabilty. The skin contact is around three weeks, but the infusion is gentle, lending subtle grip and amber tones rather than mouth-puckering tannin. There are some bitter herbal notes adding to the punchy flavours that make this wine a dream combination with aromatic spices. You don't need to worry about sipping it either.
